How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on your child's room, the schedule you choose and how many days a week your child comes. The figures are on our enrollment page and in writing at the tour.

Registration

Registration opens your child's enrollment file and holds your place on our roll. It is paid once, when you hand in the enrollment forms.

Holding a place

We hold a place once we have your forms and what holds the place, and it goes toward your first month's tuition. If the room is full, we put your family on the waitlist and call the family that has waited longest when a place opens.

Billing

Tuition is billed monthly, at the start of the month, and you pay through our family portal or at the front desk. If a payment is late, Miroslava talks with you before anything changes.

Help with tuition

Ask us about state child care assistance and whether it is open this month. We can walk you through the application, in Spanish or English.

Withdrawing

We ask for two weeks' notice before your child leaves, in writing or in person.
